Every guidance email includes an unsubscribe link. Selecting it records your opt-out immediately. You may also request access, correction, or deletion of your subscriber information by emailing thesportsparentblueprint@gmail.com.

We keep subscriber information while a subscription remains active and retain limited records as reasonably necessary to honor opt-out requests, maintain security, and meet legal obligations.
